My client, a market leading manufacturer with a reputation for excellence is looking for a confident and driving HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their People team.
- Permanent and fully on-site role

This varied role will allow you the opportunity to provide top notice administration and coordination across a great HR team.
Key Areas:
- Lead recruitment campaign discussions with hiring managers
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the interview processes
- Liaise with candidates, coordinating interviews, leading on communication
- Create, post and shortlist job vacancies
- Manage the pre-boarding administration
- Maintain employee and general files
- Support the HR team with all administration
This role is ideal for a skilled administrator with experience in an HR team and has a desire to develop their career further within HR. Familiarity with managing recruitment campaigns is a bonus too, as you will be conducting interviews, coordinating with external agencies and completing enhanced background checks.
