As the HR Administrator, you will report to the HR Business Partner and support the HR department's daily functions by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of employee data. You will play a key role in managing HR and payroll systems and maintaining the personnel filing systems.

This role is based onsite 3 days a week, where parking is provided.

This established business is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team to provide support to the HR Business Partner and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HR data accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with department standards.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical personnel filing systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
  • Uphold strict adherence to Data Protection legislation, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of employee information at all times.
  • Provide timely support to employees regarding HR issues, offering guidance on HR policies and promoting overall personnel welfare.
  • Assist with additional HR tasks as directed by the HR Business Partner.

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in data processing.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection legislation and its application in HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a supportive and approachable disposition
