Resourcing4HR are delighted to be partnering a leading charity, with approx. 360 employees who are looking to strengthen their team with a temporary HR Co-Ordinator, for a initial period of three months, whilst they re-look at the structure to support the charity moving forward.
Working within a overall HR team of 10, this role sits within the operational side of HR. As one of two HR Co-Ordinators, you will report into one of the HR Managers, supporting across Marketing and Fundraising functions, circa 150 employees.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Some solid experience of HR administration
- Can provide general HR advice
- Has a really good attention to detail
- Ideally with/ studying level 3 CIPD
The role is hybrid, with a minimum 2 days in the office a week.
