Hours: Thursday to Sunday shiftsThursday to Saturday hours: 10 am till 8 pm

Sunday hours: 10 am till 6:30 pm

Role Purpose: Attend customer sites to provide support on IT hardware and software products within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) and work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:Repair, diagnose, and replace PCs, laptops, printers, servers, retail equipment, and associated peripherals.

Achieve the KPI target of 5 visits/fixes per day.

Utilise PDA to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner to meet the required commit time, reflecting actual work done in real time.

Provide customer builds and configurations to desks as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the operation of PCs, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Security Clearance: Willingness to apply for or already hold Security Clearance.

Driving License: A valid UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
