They are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first and second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for one of their clients. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for documenting incidents and service requests, resolving support issues, and ensuring that service levels and targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent service delivery standards. Their client is located in Cambridgeshire, close to Duxford so the candidate must hold a driving license and have their own transportation to the site.
Essential Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â 2 + years in an IT support role, providing excellent 2nd line support.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies - Windows server / Windows desktop, Office 365, Active Directory.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledgeable about cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Possess strong IT skills with a keen interest in technology.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Desire to develop your IT knowledge.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent communication skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Hold a full UK driving license with access to personal transportation.
