Purpose of the Trainee Mechanical Fitter
Our client is a friendly busy service engineering company based in Huntingdon. They are looking to grow their team and would like to give the opportunity to a trainee to grow and develop a new career as a Mechanical Fitter.
The position of Trainee Mechanical Fitter will be site based in Huntingdon along with field based in and around the East Anglia area.
Job details for the Trainee Mechanical Fitter
All areas of mechanical assembly, servicing, fitting, breakdowns and refurbishment.
Use of hand tools, Mechanical drawings.
Understanding of pumps would be an advantage
Ability to work to job sheets and directions
Welding
Hours of work for the Trainee Mechanical Fitter Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm
