The company is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller for a 6-month fixed-term contract near Royston.
Candidates should have experience in managing an engineering stock function and be proficient with numbers and data in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
The role involves taking ownership of all stock activities, including kitting, receiving materials, scrappage, and order placement.
Applicants must have experience in a manufacturing environment, along with computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, and requires prior experience in inventory control.

I am looking for experienced Inventory Controller who is meticulous, careful and takes pride in driving out discrepancies for this 6 month fixed term contract with this growing business near Royston.

You should have experience in having full autonomy for en engineering stock function and be comfortable working with numbers and data within excel as well as ERP/MRP systems.

Not only will you be working for a great company but a fantastic manager too!

You will take ownership for all stock activity including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement and goods in as well as coordinating with internal and external suppliers.

What do we need from you?

Experience in a manufacturing environment including: stock/inventory control, purchasing, kitting and fulfilment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Attention to detail and process

What will you get in return?

Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, pro rata
