Warehouse Assembly Assistant

  • Managing the receipt and dispatch of medical instrument sets within a warehouse.
  • Maintaining the kit booking system ensuring that the instrument sets are recorded and entered correctly.
  • Maintaining the demo booking system
  • Maintaining accurate records and proficient computer skills
  • Handling medical instruments and inspect and replenish after use.
  • Carrying out internal audits as requested
  • Carrying out consignment kit audits at hospital locations (1-2 visits per month)
  • General administrative duties.
  • Returning kit boxes to stores in an organized manner.
  • Reporting any discrepancies to line manager.
  • Adhering to relevant quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with sales reps and agents, understanding their needs and requests
