They are now seeking Legal Associates to join the team and work with their Private Clients.

We seek individuals with strong intellectual capabilities, a practical, business-minded approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to surpassing client expectations.

Legal Associate - Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Client Case Files, ensuring that client dealings, contracts or documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Offer specialist legal counsel to clients across various sectors, including negotiations and documentation drafting.
  • Execute the various stages of legal proceedings with diligence and efficiency, aiming to protect and promote the client’s interests.
  • Reach targeted KPIs and take a results-driven approach to managing financial resources.
  • Play a key role in driving business development by nurturing relationships with existing clients and other industry professionals.

Legal Associate - Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering high-quality, tailored legal advice.
  • Ideally 6 to 7 years of post-qualification experience, for associate we can accept less PQE
  • Capable of handling responsibilities independently at a high level, yet able to work alongside senior partners and fee earners when tackling more complex and specialised legal issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with clients and professional contacts, coupled with a proactive approach to promoting business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling clear and concise explanations of legal issues to clients.

Our client has its own generous salary scale and benefits package. The salary will be commensurate with skills and years’ experience and confirmed at the time of appointment.
