Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied Private Client caseload, including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Estate Administration and Trusts
  • Provide expert legal advice while fostering strong client relationships
  • Autonomously handle cases at all stages, from initial instructions to completion
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' PQE in Private Client matters
  • Proven ability to handle complex Probate and LPA cases
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Experience with agricultural cases is advantageous but not essential
