We are working on behalf of a leading organisation is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their In-House legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remote while engaging with complex, global contracts and supporting across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and amend contracts, including global agreements across the EMEA region.
  • Advise on commercial and legal risks, providing tailored guidance to business teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel in other jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Support with privacy and data protection matters, including drafting data processing agreements.
  • Contribute to departmental projects, promoting legal excellence across the team.
  • Manage contract administration and fulfil global audit requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • UK qualified solicitor or qualified in the EU with a strong background in handling a broad range of commercial agreements.
  • In-house or private practice background, within experience in the recruitment sector (or a similar sector) an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines effectively.
