Broster Buchanan are partnered with a leading retail goods supplier who are looking for a Change Manager to join at a pivotal point of business growth and expansion. This is an exciting new role which will ensure the delivery of their ambitious change plans and engage stakeholders of all levels to gain buy-in.The role is being offered with a salary of £50k - £60k and would require someone near Alconbury, near Huntingdon, as the role will be onsite 3 days per week on average with core hours of 8 - 5 Monday - Friday.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CIO, GLT and digital transformation team to create and manage the change and communication workstream to drive positive engagement across the business. 
  • Partner with the GLT to communicate strong top-down sponsorship and commitment to Digital Transformation.
  • Facilitate the delivery of regular business updates which demonstrate how digital transformation enables the business strategy e.g. Cascades, Senior Leaders meetings, and quarterly / monthly communication opportunities. 
  • Understand the organisational readiness for change and ensure that the strategy is built based on the data collected. Own the change management strategy including the design and execution to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation.
  • Deliver creative and impactful messages both written and visual, that cut through the ‘noise’ of ongoing business communications.
  • Develop and ensure adoption of channels for our people to feedback and contribute to shaping our future ways of working e.g. focus groups / surveys. 
  • Work with Business Process Managers, and the wider team, to ensure that their business outcomes are understood and gain their buy-in.
  • Manage change resistance within the organisation by understanding, hearing and addressing frustrations and challenges throughout the project.
  • Support the project team to successfully integrate change into ‘business as usual’ (BAU) through effective communication and engagement. 
Requirements:
  • Experience in driving change programmes during ERP and other large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience and knowledge of applying change management principles and methodologies.
  • An agent of change; able to inspire, engage and motivate others along the journey
  • Naturally builds strong networks and relationships to manage and influence stakeholders effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Able to always work collaboratively.
  • A creative thinker with the enthusiasm to create innovative solutions and look for new ways of engaging colleagues and project stakeholders. 
  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple and conflicting deliverables.
  • Skilled in translating data to provide meaningful insights to increase communication effectiveness.
