Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to students with learning and physical disabilities, helping them thrive in all aspects of their education and personal development.
  • Motivate students to stay engaged in their studies, fostering their self-confidence and independence as they reach their full potential.
  • Offer compassionate assistance with personal care tasks, including mobility support and health-related needs, ensuring students feel supported and valued.
  • Adapt and enhance learning materials to meet the unique needs of each student, creating an inclusive and effective educational environment.
  • Guide students in developing essential skills and strategies for independent learning and personal organization, empowering them to manage their own educational journey.

Requirements (skills/ Qualifications/ Experience)

  • GCSE'S in both Maths and English (grade c/4 or above)
  • Experience within the care sector ( EY, HSC etc)
  • Experience/ Familiar or have an understanding of SEN needs and how to support this (desirable)
  • Positive and outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn new things/ grow and progress with the company.
