Overview

The Float Team Legal Secretary will support the Agricultural Law team and provide flexible assistance across other departments. This role is essential for maintaining efficient workflows and delivering excellent client service, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Offer digital dictation, document preparation, and secretarial support to the Agricultural Law team and other teams as needed.
  • Document & Case Management: Manage client files, prepare correspondence, and use the case management system for organized electronic document handling.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact, handling in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism.
  • Scheduling: Arrange appointments, meetings, and manage diaries for fee earners.
  • Compliance & Operational Support: Conduct AML checks, maintain compliance with standards, and assist with basic financial processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Flexibly assist the wider support team, fostering a cooperative work environment.
