They are offering for the successful Mortgage Advisor:
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 - £70,000
- Bespoke commission stricture on written business
- Remote working
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year with CAS status
- Proven track record dealing with volume
- Proven experience as a mortgage adviser
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly organised with effective time management
Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:
