My client is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator and Administrator to join their team based near Hitchinbrooke Hospital for a 12 week period. Please note it is highly likely that you will be offered a permanent position once you have completed the 12 week contact. This role has scope for hybrid working once you are up to speed with the process and procedures.
 
In this role you will be responsible for the scheduling of Water Samplers to attend customer sites and locations as well as companies owned assets and  locations.
 
Key parts of the role are:
 
Liaising with internal contacts and external stakeholders
Booking work flow into samplers diaries
Making adjustments to as required for extenuating circumstances
Diary management
Administration via internal data based of work flows and scheduled events
 
 
The role is based working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week which would be  between 8am - 5pm
 
Suitable candidates will be available to start ASAP and have some scheduling or coordination, diary management or administration experience.
 
Please note that candidates who come from an office background or have transferable skills but no prior scheduling experience would be suitable as training is available.
 
On offer is a salary of £24,500 based working 37 hours per week.
