Sonic Summary

Our client urgently needs an administrator proficient in Excel to support the maintenance department.
The role involves updating and tracking tickets for ongoing work, managing engineers' time sheets, and overseeing stock levels and purchasing.
Candidates must have their own transport due to the village location and be skilled in Excel functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
The position requires a commitment of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Salary details are not provided, but benefits include a private pension after probation and private medical insurance after six months.

Our client, has an URGENT requirement for an administrator who is knowledgeable with Excel as you will be assisting the maintenance department with updating, and tracking tickets for works in progress, engineers time sheets, stock levels, purchasing of materials, inspections, client details and quotations.

Must have own transport due to village location.

Must be competent with Excel spreadsheets i.e. VLOOKUP's and pivot tables.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30.

Private pension after probation and private medical after 6-month probation.
