Our client, based in Huntingdon, is looking for someone with great Microsoft Office skills to join their supportive team.
Working for this friendly business, you will be the administrative assistant for the sales and account management teams. The work environment allows for dynamism in your role and gives the flexibility to learn new skills.
Based in the office 5 days per week (Mon to Fri, 35 hours), you will be involved in activities such as speaking with customers on the phone, asking questions and finding out more about how you can support their business; learning about and supporting on underwriting, offers of finance and other finance-related administration such as credit checks; database administration; being the first person to answer the phones; managing all incoming and outgoing post and managing the company inbox.
You will have had some office-based experience before and must be competent using Microsoft software, in particular Outlook and Word, ideally including Excel and PowerPoint. You will be confident on the phone, be numerate with education in English and maths, and have excellent communication skills.
