Salary: 24,430 per annum

We are seeking an Operations Administrator for our client in Wyton. This is a permanent role with one of the UK's leading automotive companies.

Objectives for Role:

• Accurately update vehicle records in a timely manner.
• Maintain attention to detail in cost assignments for repairs.
• Prioritise tasks to meet SLA deadlines.
• Assist the Technical Manager with vehicle progress reports.
• Perform ad hoc duties to ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Provide professional service to all customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for data reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
