Operations Administrator
Location: Wyton, Cambridgeshire
Salary: 24,430 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
We are seeking an Operations Administrator for our client in Wyton. This is a permanent role with one of the UK's leading automotive companies.
Objectives for Role:
- Accurately update vehicle records in a timely manner.
- Maintain attention to detail in cost assignments for repairs.
- Prioritise tasks to meet SLA deadlines.
- Assist the Technical Manager with vehicle progress reports.
- Perform ad hoc duties to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide professional service to all customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for data reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
