Our client is a leading manufacturer in animal bedding, and animal feed. They're looking to expand their team and bring on fresh ideas to help expand and grow further
Role & Responsibilities:
- Effective day to day management and development of all staff
- Maintain control and discipline in all areas of the business
- Ensure training requirements of staff are identified and recorded
- Take ownership of plant performance and product quality
- Publish management data relating to operational performance
- Customer liaison (complaints etc.)
- Identify business improvement strategies
- Ensure health and safety standards are high, and ensure compliance
- HACCP compliance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Qualified engineer
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
- Manager experience
- IOSH certified
