Join our client's dedicated team as a Laboratory Sampler and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of water services. This position is based in North Lincolnshire and offers a unique opportunity to combine scientific expertise with exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collect water samples from various recycling centres and directly from customers in the North Lincolnshire area.
  • Engage with customers on-site, answering questions about the sampling process and ensuring a positive experience with high-quality service.
  • Prepare sampling bottles meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Safely transport samples back to the laboratory, where they are critical to the analysis process.
  • Build strong working relationships with laboratory colleagues.
  • Adhere to precise scientific processes and regulatory standards to ensure water quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A scientific background or A Level qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with manual lifting and driving throughout the day.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and live within the North Lincolnshire area.
  • Availability to participate in a 1 in 4 weekend working rota.
