Job Description: Merchandiser
- £28,000 plus overtime, company vehicle, fuel card, company pension, mobile, workwear, 25 days holiday.
- Sales area: East Anglia, Northants, Beds, Herts
- Working from home, with responsibility for your region, your role is to visit established garden centre customers to improve retails displays and sales volumes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Regular visits to all customers to professionally install and improve retail displays
- Support the customer with any credits and resolve any questions
- Liaise with head office regarding re-stocking requirements
- Work with local Sales Representatives on customer retention and revenue growth
- Provide every customer with catalogues, POS material and details of special offers

Candidate profile: Merchandiser
We are looking for a self-driven, customer service oriented individual with a background in field merchandising, garden centre retail or independent store retail.
Additional qualities we seek are:
- Living in Cambridgeshire, Northants, Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire
- 3ys+ experience of field merchandising, garden centres or independent retail
- Totally reliable, well organised and committed
- Well presented and a positive ambassador for the company
- Full driving licence
- Comfortable with the physical nature of product merchandising
