We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Front of House and Intermediate Care Team in Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on patient care and rehabilitation.

Role Overview:

As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be at the forefront of care, assessing and managing patients who require immediate interventions. You will contribute to seamless care transitions and support optimal recovery, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct timely and thorough assessments for patients at the Front of House and in Intermediate Care settings.
  • Develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and efficient patient management.
  • Provide specialist advice and recommendations to support care transitions and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements:
  • HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in intermediate care or similar fast-paced clinical settings.
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
