OFFICE AND PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATORThis is an amazing opportunity to join a supportive team. Responsibilities will include:
- Management of the day to day running of the office including post, welcoming of visitors, supporting room booking, organising hospitality, arrange signage/photos and miscellaneous items to be purchased to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the offices is kept to a high standard while being the 'go to' for all office staff to request any stationery items and other ad hoc requirements.
- Manage the COO's and Director's diaries, accommodating changes in their schedule, resolving diary conflicts.
- Act as query point for contract issues/queries/complaints.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A good educational background including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Strong experience in a multitude of administrative tasks and duties·
- Working knowledge of a range of software packages.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.
- Valid UK driving licence and vehicle as some travel may be required.
