  • Diary & Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage team schedules, appointments, and client meetings.
  • Document Handling: Prepare, organise, and manage essential documents, including contracts and property marketing materials.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of properties, client communications, and transaction details using our CRM system.
  • Financial Administration: Handle basic invoicing, payments, and other financial processes in collaboration with our finance team.

  • Proven experience in an estate agency and ideally, in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
