About our opportunity

Our Head office based in Huntingdon, Cambs are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team. You will be part of our Payroll team delivering and processing the weekly payroll of our temporary workers



In particular, you will:

1. Processing the weekly Payroll

2. Coordinate pension administration, auto enrolment and interface with pension providers

3. Processing Tax Codes

4. Calculating Holiday

5. Processing statutory payment ie:(sick, maternity, paternity payments)

6. Answering employee queries


Who we are looking for:


With a friendly, approachable style you will have:

1. Experience in payroll processing

2. The ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives

3. A sound knowledge of current payroll legislation

4. Excellent attention to detail and personal organisation

5. Proven customer service skills.

6. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products

7. A "can do" positive attitude.

8. An understanding of GDPR & Data Protection requirements in the workplace.
