- Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail, with a track record of accurate reporting.
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment.
