Double day shift pattern
Our client is looking to add to their teams Corrugated Cut & Crease Machine Minders. Successful candidates will require a min 2 years cutting experience with Eterna 1620/1650 & Bobst machinery with automatic pre-feeder knowledge preferred but not essential
Role Requirements
- Ability to carry out make readies to a high standard that allows the machine to run at optimal speed
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, helpful and motivated towards work
- Reliable timekeeper and trustworthy
- Being a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative when needed
- Work well in a high-pressure environment whilst looking for continual improvements within the process
The successful candidates must have:
- A proven track record of working to a high standards of accuracy
- The ability to prioritise work according to department deadlines.
- To have pride in their work and a methodical approach to their tasks.
