Plumber wanted for an immediate start
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Length: 3-6 months, temporary on-going
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri
Essential requirements:
- NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in a mechanical based course
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Available to start at short notice
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance work including planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, specialist testing, fault finding and repair of equipment and installation work
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and maintain the building engineering services, plant and equipment
- Support others on fault-finding, repairs, maintenance and installation of complex plant, equipment and buildings
- Advise on the need for new or replacement equipment
- Complete required company documentation on fault finding tests and corrective repairs
- Follow the company Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
- Liaise with senior managers and clinical staff in regards to any problematic situations
