Job Title: Planning ManagerLocation: CambridgeshireSalary: £45,000-£50,000 per annumReference: HB2508674An impressive client of our in the FMCG sector are looking to strengthen the planning function with the addition of a Planning Manager.A key part of your role will be to manage the tactical and strategic planning functions, ensuring delivery of short-term daily scheduling and long-term capacity and labour planning whilst maintaining agreed customer service level. You will need to coach the planning team to deliver daily production schedules driven by customer demand ensuring that resources are available to manage this and KPI'S are hit.You will also need to look at methods of CI to improve the planning function and also utilise the ERP/MRP systems in place to support this.
