Primary Supply Teacher

Cambourne

£140 - £150 a day

At Randstad, we understand the importance of continuity in learning and are looking for an enthusiastic supply teacher to support our Primary Schools in Cambourne. As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of education during staff absences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities in an engaging and supportive manner.
  • Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
  • Supporting students' academic and social development in the absence of the regular class teacher.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a seamless transition during temporary assignments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) and/or Key Stage Two (KS2)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in different classroom settings.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
