Primary Supply Teacher

£140 - £160 a day
We are seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team and support a variety of schools in and around Waterbeach. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students across different year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt to the needs of each class.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel safe to learn and grow.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning.
- Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership to support ongoing student development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
