We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team in the Huntingdon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified professional to kickstart their career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Support procurement and tendering processes.
- Manage project financials, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior team members.
- Contribute to risk management and value engineering activities.
