Hours: 09.00-17.00 Monday-Friday / Hybrid, Office Based Once a Fortnight

The Company:
Interaction Technical have partnered with the leading Lifting Equipment Consultancy & Training Providor in the search for a Technical Document Development and Administrator. The successful candidate has the opportunity to develop into a lead technical consultant within the Lifiting Equipment Industry offering expert advise, develop training & support engineers within the industry
The Package:
· Salary between £45,(Apply online only)-£55,(Apply online only)
· Car Allowance - £350 per month (£4200 per year)
· 33 days holiday including bank holidays

The role:
· Develop and review technical documents to support regulations and training surrounding powered and manual lifting equipment
· To support the developments and changes to relevant legislation & standards within the lifting industry and discuss these regulations with current & new clients
· The prospect is to grow and develop International practices with existing & new international clients. As a Technical Compliance Consultant, you will be able to share your experience in the industry and communicate between international/national clients surrounding best practice and regulations.
· You will learn & investigate regulations outside of the UK
· Currently supporting over 1(Apply online only) clients across the UK and internationally, however with this division, we will be looking to expand the client pool to 5(Apply online only) in the next 5 years through branching into new continents & countries. This cannot be achieved without understanding how different countries have different practices, regulations & legislation
· As a technical lead, you will communicate with clients, compliance teams & engineers across the world to understand how their practices differ from the UK - then communicate this feedback with fellow team members to formulate international documentation & practices that can then be launched within the countries.
The Requirements:
· Previous experience in document develop mentation and analysis within a technical or manufacturing field.
· Previous experience working within LOLER, PUWER, BSI (British Standards Institute), FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) or NAO (National Audit Office) working or exposed to document development, regulation & legislation analysis.
· A good understanding of client communications, liaison and understanding different industry practices.
· Ability to communicate and liaise with both clients and various teams (compliance, engineers, upper management)
· Full UK Drivers Licence
