We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major highways infrastructure project in the Cambridgeshire area. This position offers a hybrid working model, with three days on-site or in the office and two days working from home, providing both flexibility and hands-on project involvement.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of this large-scale highways infrastructure project. Your expertise will be key in ensuring cost control, efficient budgeting, and successful project delivery. Previous experience working on similar highways projects is highly desired, and a strong understanding of NEC contracts is essential.

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Administering NEC contracts and ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements
  • Collaborating closely with the project team and client to ensure financial targets are met
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any financial concerns
