We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major infrastructure highways project involving the expansion of a significant roundabout in the Huntingdon area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a challenging and impactful project, playing a key role in its financial and contractual management.

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of this high-profile highways project. Your expertise will be crucial in managing costs, budgets, and contract administration to ensure the project meets financial targets and stays on track. Previous experience in similar infrastructure or highways projects is highly valued, and strong NEC contract knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Managing and forecasting project costs, budgets, and financial performance
  • Administering NEC contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
