Working hours: 7.30-4.30

• £25-40,000 D.O.E
• Support through further education if required
• Car or car allowance (depending on experience)

Opportunity for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning civil engineering and building company in Cambridge.

From a network of offices they specialise in infrastructure, and groundworks, predominantly in the residential sector, covering most of the UK.

The role Civil Engineering Trainee Quantity Surveyor

This civil engineering contractor are searching for a hard working and driven Trainee Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Based in their Cambridge office, you will work alongside their production team, assisting with the contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region.

You will be office based with site visits within the Eastern region.

You will be joining a commercial team of 5

You will have exposure to the full project life cycle with involvement from initial enquiry through to project delivery and will assist with all commercial aspects relating to the projects, whilst achieving the highest standards ensuring the companys strong reputation is maintained.

The right person

• GCSEs Minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English.
• You will either have or be part way through some form of construction qualification or you will have some experience working as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor
