The Role
The Director is looking for an ambitious and experienced estate agent professional to carry out sales valuations and lead the sales team. This role is ideal for a current Assistant Branch Manager or Sales Valuer who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Huntingdon branch
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Generating and carrying out valuations
- Attend viewing appointments
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the process.
- Oversee the performance of staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local businesses
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in residential estate agency
- In-depth knowledge of the property market in Cambridgeshire
- Knowledge of the property market in Huntingdon would be beneficial
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Strong organisational skills
- UK driving licence is essential
Package:
- You will receive a basic salary of £32 - £35,000 pa (DOE) and a realistic OTE of £55,000 pa
