The Role

The Director is looking for an ambitious and experienced estate agent professional to carry out sales valuations and lead the sales team. This role is ideal for a current Assistant Branch Manager or Sales Valuer who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Huntingdon branch
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Generating and carrying out valuations
  • Attend viewing appointments
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Oversee the performance of staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local businesses
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential estate agency
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market in Cambridgeshire
  • Knowledge of the property market in Huntingdon would be beneficial
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Strong organisational skills
  • UK driving licence is essential

Package:
