- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for HR roles across Cambridgeshire.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior HR professionals.
- Actively meeting clients over coffee and at networking events to develop partnerships.
- Providing market insights and strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
- Working closely with our Marketing, Business Services, and wider recruitment teams.
- Existing recruitment experience is preferable, but we're also open to individuals with a strong background in sales or account management.
- A confident communicator who thrives on face-to-face interactions and regularly meets clients in their current role.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
