Role Summary:We are seeking five dynamic and curious Researchers to join a fast-growing innovation team. You’ll work at the intersection of science, sustainability, and product development—supporting projects from early-stage concept ideation through to prototyping and technical validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desk-based and laboratory research across themes such as alternative proteins, nutrition, and functional foods.

  • Support the development and testing of food and beverage prototypes.

  • Analyse data and contribute to technical reports and client presentations.

  • Collaborate with scientists, product developers, and external partners.

  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the food sector.

  • Help maintain high standards of lab safety and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not essential).

  • Experience in food R&D, innovation, or a similar lab-based setting is a plus.

  • Passionate about food, sustainability, and improving consumer health.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
