Assistant Restaurant Manager - What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.
Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the Manager’s absence, showing confidence and initiative.
Leading from the front, being hands-on and involved in all aspects of service.
Managing stock, invoices, and operational processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Coaching and supporting the team, creating a positive, motivated work environment.
Ensuring all health and safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met.
