About the Role

As a Food Hall Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and turnover of the food hall department, this will include supplying great kical and regional produce. You will be expected to merchandise and create displays to increase sales. You will also be leading a team of staff to help keep the day to day running of the department, you will also be involved with suppliers and the buying side of the business.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a food retail environment and be looking for a new challenge or a step up. You will have great retailing knowledge and an interest in passing this knowledge onto colleagues and customers. You will be confident in running a small team and can train, develop, and motivate the people around you. You will have a commercial mind, knowing stock control methods, increasing add-on sales, and acknowledging areas of improvement within the areas you cover.
