Our client, a leader in composite repair processes, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focusedAccount ManagerSupport to join their team. Our client is looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone to speak with customers and get out and about when needed to visit clients / potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and sales support to our clients allocated customer base.
- Assist customers in fulfilling their requirements through phone and email.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely price quotations, researching and contacting suppliers as needed.
- Process customer orders, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Develop professional relationships and rapport with customers and sales representatives.
- Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers, responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with their needs.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and marketing collateral.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers to support business growth.
- Analyse past orders and initiate customer contact to generate return business.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality procedures.
- After 6 months of employment, you will meet with your customers face to face so you will need to be able to stay away at times for up to a week or so (This will be no more than 6/7 times a year and will be tied into company events).
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Previous sales administration experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential).
