Our client is an established business based in Huntingdon and during to increased workload they are currently looking for someone to join them on a part-time basis on a temporary to permanent basis. Working 28 hours a week on a mutually agreed schedule, duties will include
- Transferring sales invoices to Sage
- Purchase and sales ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Monthly and payroll journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly payroll
Working across three or four days this will be a fully site-based role and whilst initially temporary, there will be a permanent role on offer to the successful candidate. Experience of Sage 50 would be a distinct advantage but a good understanding of Excel is essential to the success of this role.
