About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing a passion for reading, writing, and communication in the students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 teaching depending on your experience and expertise.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to achieve their best.
- Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to cater to individual needs.
- Collaborating with a passionate team of English teachers, sharing best practices, and contributing to departmental development.
About You:
- You are a qualified teacher holding QTS with a specialisation in English.
- You possess a strong understanding of the English curriculum and a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- You are passionate about instilling a love of learning and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
