Are you a multi-skilled Field Service Engineer or a multi-skilled Engineer that wants to get out into the field. Do you love repairing equipment, finding solutions to problems coordinating maintenance checks and have a track record in practical ability. This role is Monday to Friday (Day Shift) This role will challenge you, as you will be working on a wide variety of automated machines and sites. The ability to diagnose faults and read electrical drawings is crucial for the Service Engineer that wants to get the customer up and running again.

Our new and exciting client due to extreme growth requires several experienced Electrically Biased Field Service Engineers to visit customer sites and carry out breakdown repairs, servicing, inspection, commissioning, and maintenance.

  • You will need to have experience in working in an industrial background.
  • The ability to diagnose faults using electrical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs basic or advanced an advantage
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Happy to provide a standby service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of multi-skilled engineering an advantage
  • Trade C & G (or equivalent) qualification in the following- electrical, mechanical, maintenance an advantage.
  • 80% of the sites will be Cambridgeshire based to start with and then will grow to nationwide
