My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a sewing machinist to join their team on a full time basis, they may consider part time hours for the right candidate. Looking to pay £12.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Clean sewing machines as and when required
Ensuring the quality and finish of products meets standards set
Cut all finishing jobs
Eyelet as required finishing jobs
Prepare mast bands and sleeves
Finish all standard digitally printed items
Finish fabric and PVC bunting
Finish PVC pallet covers
Finish table cloths
When required by Production finish roller banners
Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations
In the Finishing Managers absence, schedule of all orders that require finishing according to daily print schedule, twice daily
In the Finishing Managers absence, when required fill out an order form for Purchasing for all finishing components
