A hugely successful supply chain management organization is currently on the lookout for a Lead Software Developer (C#, .NET, React,SQL, Azure) to join their company focusing on software bridging the gap between Vehicles and Garages along with working on a variety of their greenfield projects.

The Role:

The perfect opportunity has come up for a Lead Developer to join my client. If you're ready for a technical leadership role, but still desire to be hands-on this could be the role for you. You will be working on their React products as well as their back-end system in C# and .NET. Your work will see you improve and update their architecture from legacy to more up to date systems. There will be the chance to work on brand-new cutting edge React- focused software products.

As a Lead Developer, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of 3+ developers and guide and mentor them through the SDLC, advising and teaching on best software practices. They currently are looking for someone that enjoys being in an office environment and is motivated by the team around them.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

The team is home to a collaborative environment, where all cross-functional teams have seamless communication, and all have a shared vision to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to technological innovation, especially within the Financial Services sector.
