The ONE Group are assisting them in their search for an R&D Technician - Device Test for a small lab-based group.

The team focuses on product validation and concentrates on testing devices to ensure performance and quality. Your job will be to set up and carry out testing on intricate electro-mechanical products, as well as documenting data and reports.

The Role:

  • Set up test rigs & follow product validation test plans
  • Operate machinery and assembly of microfluidic devices
  • Develop and implement new test equipment and processes
  • Generating high quality output, including documentation to tight timescales

About You:

  • Technically minded problem-solver who feels 'at home' and confident in an engineering lab environment
  • Experience working as a Technician, within a high-tech industry, with an electro-mechanical skill set
  • Experience of product verification and validation would be preferred
  • Can follow detailed technical instructions and procedures to precision
  • Able to document and report quality data
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiastic and positive, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn about new products, inside and out!
